SLOPED GRAVITY CHUTE
 |
An industrial cross cut sampler for inclined spouts,
which can sample free flowing materials, including granules,
powders and pellets. Design requires very little space and collects
representative samples from sloped gravity chute areas. When
activated, a sample cutter pivots through the product stream,
sweeping a complete 360-degree arc, collecting a true cross cut
sample. Sample cutter is parked away from the stream of material
and is sealed when not sampling. Standard construction is carbon
steel. Other construction materials including stainless steel
are available as required by the application.

PNEUMATIC LINE SAMPLER

An industrial sampler for free-flowing
materials ranging from microscopic powders to large granules
and pellets, heavy viscosity liquids with acid suspensions for
positive or negative pressure applications. |
TRUCK PROBE
 |
An industrial sampler for a wide variety of
materials, including pellets, chips, flakes, granules and powders.
Available in several sizes, it provides representative and repeatable
samples form ships, rail cars, trucks, tubs, bulk-bags or other
vessels. “Core” type sample probe extracts a vertical
cylinder of material from the vessel without pulling dust or
fines from the surrounding mass. Sample is then pneumatically
transported to the collection point. Sample probe is mounted
on the swivel stand and boom which are hydraulically powdered
in three axis. Joystick controls are standard. Standard construction:
Heavy carbon steel stand, mast and boom, double wall steel sample
probe, rugged hydraulic power unit. Other construction materials
available as required by application |
AUTOMATIC COLLECTION CABINETS

An automatic sample collection system for receiving
and storing multiple samples. Excellent system for acquiring
history samples. Designed for virtually unattended service. An
optional adjustable counter (or timer) is pre-set to determine
the number of samples (or duration) per container. When the count
or time is completed, the system motor automatically positions
the sealed container for the next filling cycle. Controller includes
an over-ride feature which allows manual operation if desired.
Typical mdoels are 8, 16, 24 and 48 position with 2-quart containers
or sample bags. Container size, type and quantity can be varied
as required by application. |
